Yes, your dog has to be vaccinated for the safety of your dog and others. We require the following vaccines; Bordetella within the past 12 months, Distemper (within the past 12, 24, or 36 months), Rabies (within the past 12, 24, or 36 months).
Your dog must have received these vaccines no less than 1 week prior to first day of reservation
We want your best friend to be as comfortable as possible during their stay so we recommend bringing their food, treats, toys, bedding, and medications. Please label all of their belonging with their first and last name.
Yes, we do. Medication administration is $2/administration. For example, if your dog needs medications given 3x/day, it would be $6/day.
We have a refrigerator in the kennel where we can store medications. We ask that you please bring something for your dog to take their medication with (peanut butter, cheese, treats, etc).
Yes. If 2 dogs live in the same household, they can be placed in the same kennel if they get along and are able to eat together.
The kennels are cleaned every day both inside and outside.
Yes! They will have access to the attached outdoor kennel from 7am-9pm. At 9pm, we close the access door between the indoor and outdoor kennel. Included in the daily rate, they will also have access to the 1/2 acre outdoor run to play while we clean their kennel. If they are staying in the indoor kennel, they will be let out multiple times throughout the day to use the bathroom and to play in 1 of our 3 runs.
No, we no longer require a deposit to make a reservation. With that being said, we ask that if you need to cancel your reservation, to please let us know as soon as possible. The process of making a reservation will remain the same and you will need to wait for confirmation from us that the dates requested are available.
Yes, however we have implemented a 2 day minimum. You may pickup whenever on the following day, but you will be charged for 2 days.
If boarding for 2+ days, on the day of pickup, if you pickup before 12pm, you will not be charged for that day.
Yes, we do have a cancellation policy. If you cancel with more than 48hrs notice, you will not be charged a fee. If you cancel with 24-48hrs notice, you will be charged 1 night's stay per dog. If you cancel with 24hrs or less notice, you will be charged 1 night's stay per dog and 25% of the total reservation. This must be paid before being able to book a new reservation.

Monday-Friday 9am-12pm or 4pm-7pm
Saturday 8am-9am or 5pm-7pm
Sundays 5pm-7pm
We will be CLOSED on 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Day. We will be open on Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Black Friday from 4pm-7pm. We will be open on NYE 9am-12pm.
